[Reader-users] good news

Hi Terry:

The Reader you bought has version 3.8.0. This includes the light on dark
feature. There is nothing you have to do to activate it.

My guess is that you may be taking pictures too close to the document. This
will often lead to the "no text found" message.

Thanks, J. G.

Subject: [Reader-users] good news

On Friday, I took the reader to a family get together to show it off.
For some reason I could not get it to take a picture. Over the weekend
I finally got a set of speakers. Today I finally tried to take my first
picture and discovered why it would not work. I forgot about putting it
in shooting mode. Then I tried to turn the camera on and it would not
make any chime. I finally thought of the battery and bingo I had my
camera back.
Today, I was able to identify 4 envelopes. Sometimes, I found it not
reading a full return address. Could I be to close? Buying at
convention, do I have the lite on dark feature? I tried an envelope
that had white at the top, a large area of multi blue with white write
write writing and the camera said no picture. Any reason why? I sure
am excited.
Jim and Saville, thanks for your support!
