[Reader-users] what do we know about this little device

Have you considered that the reason we're "limited", as you say, is that 
this is how it's intended?  This is a Reader, designed and developed for a 
specific purpose.  It performs the designated purpose very well.  Not sure 
what you think you can do or what you think would be an improvement.

the PDA is being waisted on this one function. I am shocked that the
blind users of this device haven't asked questions since its market
introduction.

the hardware in this thing is limited by the software we are
currently using.

are you aware there is bluetooth and other type of use in this thing?
