[Reader-users] Audio presentations from this years convention

Hello Lauren and listers,

I believe it had to do with little demand for the cassette recordings and
the time needed to prepare them for sale. I would have no problem with
downloading them from our Web site if that would save time and labor for our
staff at the national office. For those wanting to express their desire for
these to be offered including recordings of the 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007
national conventions which include the KNFB Reader Presentations you can
contact Dr. Maurer at:
officeofthepresident at nfb.org

The KNFB Reader Presentations as well as all of the other presentations
done at our conventions and other gatherings are examples of a living
history of our organization in the words, and the voices of those who made
it.

Peter Donahue

What was the reason given for no longer offering recordings of past
conventions etc?
