Hi Jim,

Let me take a few minutes of your time to congratulate you on your new job. 
I never even realised the KNFB technologies was an actual company, I thought 
the knfbreader.com website was connected with the NFB themselves. All I can 
say is, if ever there was a reader expert out there it's probably you.
