[Reader-users] Software Upgrade

You're acting like you aren't going to get it at all, which isn't the case.  As I said in another message  my guess is that there isn't enough staff to handle two major conventions and a web update at once.  

If you get the update, have a problem, and ask for help, and don't get instant response, you will probably whine and complain about that too.
