[Reader-users] Software Upgrade

Hi Kev,
I was rather fortunate in that I obtained a loan from the bank to pay for my
reader. What irritates me though is the fact that I have had the unit for 4
months and not seen any sign of an update. They said that they would offer
the upgrades free for the first year of use, one wonders how mutch they may
cost after that. Also, here in Britain, the world doesn't come to a
standstill for the sight village exhibition, so why should it there in the
states for a convention? After all, how long does it take to upload a 20 meg
file, what's a wireless connection for!
Best
-James-
