Okay, folks-I took a gamble and it paid off. I didn't see any
recessed buttons on the power end of the PDA, but what I did see was this
round button that had a cloth-like or sponge-like structure covering it. I
was never sure what that button was-because it didn't appear to be described
in the manual, and there *is* a round button on the unit that is
nonfunctional for our purposes. But at this point-zero from zero was zero,
so I decided to take a gamble and press on that sponge-covered button-and
the unit reset!
That button is not what I would define "recessed". And also-for those used
to working by touch, it would be extremely helpful if, in future editions of
the manual, this button could be described as having a cloth or sponge-like
covering. That would make it instantly recognizable to a blind person.
