[Reader-users] How to Reset

Besides the button on the bottom, how do you perform a complete reset
on the PDA? After installing the upgrade to 3.1 (which went perfectly), I
check the batter status once or twice to acertain that it was charging and
left it there for a day or two. The next time we picked it up it was
totally dead. I think it's having charging problems and I don't know if
it's the PDA or the dock. I think I need to do a complete reset as the last
step before calling the vendor to ask for a resolution under the warranty.
I don't think it will really help, but it certainly needs to be tried.
