Beth,
If you open the Velcro flap over the camera and then try to make sure that
the camera is connected securely to the PDA, that might help. If you have
to, pull the camera away from the PDA, a little bit, and feel between them,
to see where the camera plugs into the PDA, and make sure that connection is
made. Then, secure the flap, tightly and try to turn the camera on, again.
Also, make sure the camera battery door is closed tightly and correctly.
