[Reader-users] questions

Hi y'all.  My reader arrived yesterday, the 27th, but I keep reading 
fragments of words or sentences.  I was a reader pioneer last summer, so I'm 
familiar with the reader.  Could it be the polarizers?  Ken Volonte
