Get information from the NFB Website. Pricing, pictures and testimonies. Tell the counselor how the reader will assist you in performing your job duties once you land your dream job.

.So, the value of the reader for a student, is that you can read 
.the handouts and any other documents that the teacher gives out 
.so that you are not having to wait until you get someone to read 
.them for you.
.As others have said, I would think it is best if you can show the 
.Rehab counselor a reader so they can see it first hand.
