[Reader-users] battery problem

Hello Kathy:

I wonder if your battery is being read correctly by the unit.  It 
will not harm the Reader to allow the battery to go dead;  at 
least this has been true for me.  I would talk to tech support.  
I'm guessing that letting the unit battery go to zero and 
charging it a new may correct the problem.  It may also need to 
be reset.

I hope that you don't have to send it in again.
