I asked this question once before and never got an answer. Why can't we
download the software updates rather tghan spending postal charges to ship
our cf cards back to the vendor. Freedom scientific, GW Micro and many
other access technology companies allow users to download updates.

Rob and all:

The next software release is version 3.4.8. We expected to release this two
weeks ago but found problems that none of us would want to have. This is
expected with virtually any software release. Fortunately we are solving
all of the problems/bugs we know of before putting them into
all of your Readers. Please be patient for another week or so.

Thanks, J. G.
