Dear John,

I can only tell you that there have been some minor issues with the plug
that connects the PDA to the camera , sometimes being a loose fit and also
with the power plug.
There are archives that you could visit to see what others have said, but
just remember most people are not having problems.
something that is new is the newest upgrade that everyone will be getting.
A week ago, at the NFB Washington Seminar, the new upgrade was demonstrated.
It will let the K-NFB Reader identify paper money. It successfully
identified bills of different amounts, in different orientations and even
the fronts and backs of the bills.
People were ask to bring up bills that were folded, wrinkled and even wadded
up and it did it right the first try.
I was there and saw it all myself.

If you have any questions just post to the list and watch.

Subject: [Reader-users] Hello

Hello,
My name is John Doering. I am considering purchasing the K/NFB Reader. I
joined the list to see what is being said about the reader by it's users. I
have been lurking for 2 days and have not received any posts. Can I then
assume that you users have not experienced many problems using the reader?
If anyone has had problems with the reader, I would like to hear them. I
would also like to hear any positive comments you wish to share. I would
appreciate any feedback.

regards,
JD
