Hi Bill:
If the SD card has failed, your dealer should be able to arrange a
replacement for you under the warranty. This assumes that the card is
the one that was supplied with your Reader.
To be sure that your card can't be used, you should completely reformat
it in a pc and then try it again.
You may find that this clears up the failure situation.
If you do purchase a new card, you need to be sure that it is a card of
the same type originally supplied. Speed is important. Please be sure
you check this out with your dealer.
Thanks, J. G.

to be sure that it is a high-speed card, comparable to the supplied
one. Please be sure to check this out with your dealer if you have any
doubt. The wrong card will lead to problems

Subject: [Reader-users] Update on memory card problem
Hi, all.
I posted a couple weeks back about a memory card problem I was having.
Well I took the reader into a nearby computer store so the card could be
looked at and I was told it was bad, having some corrupted files.
So now I'll call around to see where I can get a new SD card and see if
that resolves the problem which it should.
BTW I'm glad to here about the mid-Feb. time line for the coming
upgrade.
