[Reader-users] upgrade bug-free and ready?

Hi Kim and all:

We are actually very close to having the next release available. At
this point we are in the quality assurance phase. Bug finding and
fixing is part of the normal process for any software product. We hope
to find and fix any defects before we make the new release available,
which should certainly be by mid February or more likely even sooner.

Thanks, J. G.

Subject: [Reader-users] upgrade bug-free and ready?

Question: What is the status of the upgrade for the Reader that was
slated to come out in late January? Is it out and do the manufacturers
believe that the majority of the bugs have been worked out of it yet?

Kimberly
