[Reader-users] I think my reader needs servicing

Hi folks,

After coming back from being away for the holidays, I got round to  
using the reader. Unfortunately, every picture I take seems to come  
back blank, not to mention that it is too fast in taking it. You get  
the snap sound, then 2 seconds later the lense door is closed. It's  
like the resolution's been changed to low wich it hasn't of course.
I had to change the camera battery but is there anything else to be  
done?
