[Reader-users] camera

Well, it could be a couple things.

First, you do need to turn the camera off when you turn the Reader off. So,
there's no problem in doing that.

You could have to replace the camera battery with a freshly charged battery.
Have you tried that?

Then, check to be sure the camera is securely held to the backplane as it
should be. If it's loose and has separated, it won't turn on. To do this,
lay the Reader down on a table so the screen and buttons are flat on the
table and the camera is facing up. With the flap end of the case away from
you, open the flap and check the left side of the camera to make sure it's
securely connected. If it feels loose or moves around easily, gently
separate the camera, just enough to fit your index finger between the camera
and backplane on the upper left side. You should feel a male connecter on
the backplane and female receptacle on the underside of the camera.
Carefully move the camera so these two pieces fit together. Press them
together, gently and then secure the flap of the case to hold it securely.
Now, turn on the Reader and then press the camera button to see if it turns
on, with both chimes.

Hello guys, how are you?
I can't see to get my camera to turn on. I have reset the reader, and made
sure the camera is charged. It makes a chime sound, but it won't turn on.
I accidently turned it off, and now I can't turn it back on. Dones anyone
know why?
