Although I in fact have the B model, my initial thought would be to find the 
nearest PDA shop (I think we actually have a whole chain of stores this side 
with that exact name) and they should be able to lend/sell you one to carry 
out the procedure since, although I'm not 100% sure, I don't think PDA 
styluses are terribly specific to the actual unit - within limits obviously.

Hopefully, someone who's at least gone through the same process might be 
able to give you a better idea, but FWIW, it might help if you told everyone 
where you are physically situated?
