Hi all -- I just wanted to relate another success with the reader -- I was 
showing it to my brother who is visiting from out of town and stuck a glossy 
little brochure under the reader and snapped a picture.  The picture, 
according to my brother, had a line of large white letters on brown 
background, small black letters on white background, and then turquoise 
letters in a different font on white background.  Everything read 
flawlessly.  He was quite impressed, and I was glad for the info...
And I am not even using 3.8.1 -- I need to get an sd card reader for my 
laptop beefore I install it.
