[Reader-users] Announcing version 3.8.1

I was reading the manual and came across the section on upgrades.  There
is no mention about deleting the previous file in the directions.  I
have been wondering this myself.  Jim g., if you do an update on the
manual, I would explain that the current version is on the sd card and
that it needs to be deleted before downloading the update.
By the way, is there a way to delete this document from the reader or do
I have to do it on an m-power or computer?

No you are fine. Just delete the i377 or whatever the folder was called
off 
you flash card and replace it when a new update comes out.
