[Reader-users] Announcing version 3.8.1

Kay, you probably have version 3.8.0.  You can download the 3.8.1 from the 
KNFB Reader site.  You need the ability to save the file to an SD card, so 
you can load it into the Reader.

I bought my reader from the NFB after the convention.  Do I have the latest
