[Reader-users] help!!!

Hi all -- I don't know what happened to my reader but the camera stopped 
working, so I carefully changed the battery to the fresh one, but it still 
wouldn't turn on. I then lost speech altogether.  I have great fear that I 
might have damaged it while trying to find the sd card.  It worked for a 
while tonight but then just stopped.  I have it always connected to external 
power so the PDA battery is always fully charged.  I did notice that the 
camera was not fitting right up against the PDA, so I slid it over until the 
little connector on the PDA fit into a little hole on the camera.  This 
worked for a while but now I have nothing.  With sighted assistance the 
thing just isn't responding to any command, either audibly or on the little 
screen.

Thus far I have really liked my reader, but after today I am thinking the 
whole setup is a little flimsy.  Perhaps these particular parts were used 
for cost reasons, and the case does a tolerable job of holding the pieces 
together, but it seems it is easy to damage the unit.
