Is there any description about the new upgrade and where can I find it?

You need to understand that every company does things differently.  Some
put the imformation on a web site and some send all the details out in
an e-mail to their mailing list. I hope this helps.

but indeed, if you are going to announce an update you should include  
a discription to weather its worth my or anyone elses time to  
actually download and install it.
