Hi,

I agree with all that. I don't have any difficulties myself now but the 
first month of so with it - I was so close to returning it. When they gave 
me the training it worked grate but it's when your on your own with it. Now 
it is entirely different, I use it on CDs, DVDs, restaurant menus provided 
you can get them all in but I tend to make educated guesses of the areas of 
the menu that is important. For instance, deserts are usually toward the 
bottom. With the new 3.8.1 release it is a lot better at these things.
