[Reader-users] mailing of upgrades

Hello Mr. Gashel:


The Lions Club in Mesa, AZ purchased the KNFB Reader for Connie Ryan, a member of the National Federation of the Blind. She tells me that she has not received any of the the recent upgrades in the mail. I could save the upgrade to a SD card and install onto her unit however she does not own a SD card. Will she be receiving the upgrade in the mail soon?
