[Reader-users] can't download upgrade: is it my system?

Don't do the forward slash upgrades.  Just go to (you don't need the www)
knfbreader.com.  There is a link in there for updates.  

Good luck.  It was very exhilarating to complete the upgrade successfully.

Using Jfw 8 and also trying System Access, when I go to the software 
Upgrade page,

I get what appears to be a blank page.
