[Reader-users] Announcing version 3.8.1

Hi All:

 

The purpose of this message is to announce release of version 3.8.1 of the
Kurzweil-National Federation of the Blind Reader software.  The new release
can be found on the software upgrade page at knfbreader.com.  Please follow
the instructions provided on the download page to obtain the correct version
of the release for your Reader.  You can also learn about the new features
and fixes made.  

 

Please note:  Anyone who has already received and loaded version 3.8.0 from
the National Federation of the blind may want to consider replacing that
version with release 3.8.1.  This release contains an important improvement
in image processing that was not included in version 3.8.0.  

 

For those who may not be able or equipped to obtain and install the new
release, please check with your dealer for assistance.
