[Reader-users] aiming

Hello,

I have found that if the paper is on a flat surface, like a table, it works
better. You can either sit and hold the camera about head high, or stand
and hold it about chest high. I hold it in my left hand and get it as level
as I can, then press the button with my right hand.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [Reader-users] aiming

My name is David, and I have just gotten an Nfb reader. But I'm having
some problems. I don't seem to be doing very well at aiming the reader
and getting a good picture. Sometimes I do, but sometimes I don't.
I've ordered a stand which will help a lot in scanning, but I don't
want to rely on that. I've talked to a few people about aiming the
reader and they've told me things like sitting down, and putting the
paper on my lap and bringing the reader chest high. What are your
suggestions for getting readable pictures consistently?
