[Reader-users] Battery for Camera

Hi, Dave,

I was sent the wrong backup battery, an energizer instead of a cannon. The
energizer bunny can keep going and going, but not with the KNFb Reader.

I am waiting to get the one I need.

Hello,
The reader you purchased should have come with two batteries. One
preinstalled in the camera, and the second, within a charger. You should
not purchase any batteries unless they are approved by your dealer as it may

void your warranty. Please contact your dealer from where you purchased the
reader to obtain a new battery, or set of batteries. if you have any further

troubles, please feel free to contact me at: (410)659-9314 X2525.
Regards,
Dave
