What you were told is great advice. However, if you decide to purchase
the stand then it is easier since the book can be placed properly within
the adjustable legs of the stand and the reader will be at the required
height. You will not have to hold the reader up for every turned page.
Hope this helps. I have read several books since purchasing the stand
at our last NFB convention.
