I think the price of the stand was a little high, but it has been well worth 
it, and the reader fits it perfectly.  Go ahead and get it if you can.

When I was at convention, I did see a stand to sit the reader on. I don't
have it, but was considering doing so. Does anyone have it? Has it actually
made things easier. I read in the documentation that with a little practice,
one will be able to get good scanned materials. But maybe the stand makes it
easier. Thanks.
