Hi Grace:

You need to load the software into the Reader immediately after
re-calibrating it.  If you have successfully re-calibrated the Reader,
just insert the latest software version you have into the SD card slot.
As soon as you do this, the Reader should respond by giving you a
welcome message and telling you that the software is being loaded.
Otherwise, if you don't reload the software again, the Reader can not
function as a Reader immediately after re-calibration.  Just do the same
process you do for upgrading the software, and everything should be just
fine.

Hi List:

I had to recalibrate my reader.  However, after following the
instructions on the screen the reader is not talking. When we press
reset the PDA goes back to windows mobile. Basically it acts like a
regular PDA.
I don't know what to do to get it to work.
