[Reader-users] Reader still not talking

Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for your help. My husband spoke with Jim Gashell yesterday
and I am getting a new reader. I have no idea what exactly happened to
the thing.

Sorry I'm so late in responding to this, Susie.  No, I didn't press F1. 
There are 2 buttons on the left side of the PDA toward the camera end of
the 
unit.  I pressed the one closest to me.  It may be a reset button for
the 
PDA or something.  I had tried the big button on the end opposite the 
camera, but that didn't do it for me.  The buttons I'm talking about are

opposite the elastic band with the stylus in it.  I hope this helps, if
this 
is useful.
