[Reader-users] Reader still not talking

It looks as though we are needing some technical support from national. Does
anyone know if Jim Gashel will not be actively participating on this list
now that he has taken a new position?

I am having the same problems as well.  I have sighted assistance to do
the tapping. After a significant amount of time the screen gos blank and
that is it. .  I have tried this several times with the same results.

Well you got further than I did, because someone pulled out the cord on
me, and we plugged it back in and brought in sighted assistance, but it
never came on for him to even do the tapping, etc.  Meant to write about
this sooner and actually meant to call, because I am having another
issue with software not installing, but things have gotten ahead of me
with work.

the PDA battery  state is at start up why not also have it  tell what
