Hello Graham.  If you call technical support from the UK you may have to
use the main number (781) 276-0600 and select technical support.
Sometimes 800 numbers are only good for the U.S. and Canada so try both
numbers if you need them.

Based on the message below, the technical support staff may have some
information about getting the speaker to be active again.  The tech
support number you should call is 1-888-995-9905.  This is the tech
support number for Readers sold through dealers affiliated with KESI,
not the National Federation of the Blind.  

Hi Jim,

Graham Lewis should speak with Tech Support. They have a few documents
prepared by KTI that explain how to solve audio problems.
