[Reader-users] Tech Support question

Dear All,

Batteries running down is a common problem with allot of new devices.
You must keep the battery charged on your Pac-Mate, Braille Notes and PDA's.
If the battery runs down you can lose all of your data.
It sounds as if the K-NFB Reader is no different.
Keep it charged or on its charger when not in use.
I understand that the newer models have a charger that will not let it over 
charge and damage the battery.  This is a good feature.
I am sure that this is just one of many updates that the devices and the 
technology will go through as it matures.
