Below is a portion of an email that was sent to me when I had trouble with the Reader. I called and talked with Paul who was very nice

The first thing you'll have to do is call one of us in Tech Support, and, I recommend the 888-995-9905 number because the 800 number in the KNFB Reader documentation going through the KESI phone system has a horribly low audio level and horrible audio quality that no one thus far has seemed to be able to fix. We're available usually Monday through Friday 9:00am through 10:00pmEST. Either Paul or I will try to talk you through troubleshooting and solving the problem, or, setup an RMA. W. Nick Dotson
