I completely understand your sensitivities concerning the use of the word "terrorism" in hyperbolic contexts.  (thin smile) 

I lost 10 K1000 customers, 8 working as programmers for Chemical Bank, and 2 women, one working for an insurance company, and I don't remember what 
company the other worked for as I'd only known her for about a year, while I knew the woman working for the insurance company for 2 years, and the guys 
since 1996...
