I'm seriously considering a reader. Can people write to me off list with
experiential information about their reader, how they like it and how easy
is it to use? I'm interested in the results of odd angles, peculiar
lighting situations and such. Also, is there some kind of stand for the
device that can help center the lens over a piece of paper?

Hi Bill:
Welcome to the list. As you know I live nearby and if you want
any help that I can give, just give me a call in the mornings.
I am loving my reader. I've had it for about a month. I use it
to read things on bulletin boards, papers and letters, and signs.
It is impressive how well it performs and how much it can do.
Now I know what kind of soup I'm warming up for lunch and what's
written on the backs of boxes.
