[Reader-users] Changing reading Mode

I sent this question, but it went to the old Reader-Pioneers list, and I 
don't know whether it actually got through.  So, I'm sending it, again. 
Here's the message:

I took a picture of a document in an annual report.  The Reader was in the
"Books" mode for reading the document.  Is there a way that I can make it
read in the Bills and Memos mode, after the picture has already been taken?
I've saved the document, but don't know how to reprocess so it will read
across the columns.
