Matt,
I had bought mine at convention and had received no upgrades either.
Jim Gashel had to look into it; then it was taken care of. I don't
have any problem with the system of their sending me the upgrade and
then my returning the older software in the stamped envelope
provided. Send a note to Jim.

Hello,
I was a 2006 NFB scholarship winner, and have not recieved a single upgrade
for my KNFB reader.
I wouldn't mind sending in my SD card to KESI, but this becomes impractical,
especially when minor updates are released, and the fact that posting
updates on the KNFB website doesn't appear to be difficult.
I was told by W. Nick Dotson back in october that updates for the reader
would be made available on http://www.knfbreader.com/ www.knfbreader.com
.
If KESI didn't want the firmware to be made available to just anyone,
implementing a registration system would be quite simple.
Just my thoughts
