[Reader-users] how do you upgrade the Reader?

Hi. At least for the NFB side, we do not require that you first return your
card for an upgrade. We send you the upgrade on an SD card and ask that you
use it to replace the SD card you had and return the one with the older
version of the program to us. I do not know the procedure for the folks from
KESI but suspect it is similar.

Hello. As far as I know, you must send in your firmware card and a new
version will be copied onto it and sent back to you.
This, to me, is the biggest shortcoming at the moment and is one of the
things keeping me from purchasing the reader.
