[Reader-users] how do you upgrade the Reader?

            Provided there is a new upgrade, this newby needs to know how to
go about upgrading the Reader. How is this done? Does it require sighted
assistance or can I do this independent of vision? Do I obtain the upgrade
via the Internet and insert it via a card reader into the system?
