[Promotion-technology] Blackberry Client w/ Screenreader

Has anyone found a workable solution for accessing email from a 
"Blackberry" server that allows the use of a screenreader?  I had asked 
this question in the past and was given some information about the use 
of a Windows Exchange server(?) to forward the email, but wondered if a 
solution that does not require my employer to reconfigure any Blackberry 
services exists?
