Hello:

     A HAM friend of mine, Kevin Mills told me of an application that might be of interest to hams. It is: QSOnet CQ100

The program runs on a PC and is supposedly accessible for the blind. The software lets a user run a virtual radio on his/er PC. Using VOIP protocol, the software connects a PC to repeaters so users are actually using real radio equipment. Hope this is useful.
