[OAGDU] Convention detail info request and offer

Hello. We invite people to come join us tomorrow evening before the board 
meeting so that you can participate with a session on bringing your guide 
dog to convention. This portion will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Central 
Time, followed by the board meeting at 7:00.
