[Oagdu] assistance animals in housing

I have been researching the requirements for assistance animals in
housing. There is no restriction on the type of animal that can be an
assistance animal. The company renting the apartment or other
dwelling can ask for a letter from a psychologist, psychiatrist or
other mental health professional stating that the animal is needed due
to a mental health condition recognized by the DSM. I forget the
latest number. I don't plan to address this in any way in our
proposed legislation. I believe Ohio may want to address it but that
is not our concern here. Please give your thoughts.
