The January Chapter meeting will be on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 12:30 until 2:00. This meeting will include elections of officers and board. In addition, there will be a look at our constitution because we have not reviewed it for many years. The meeting will be held at the offices of KSQM Radio station on W Washington Street.

If you are interested in serving on the board or becoming an officer let Gary Mackenstadt know at the above contact information. The president is the governing officer. The constitution is very clear on what the president does. The vice president supports the president in anyway the president  asks. The treasurer has the statements sent to them. It is actually quite easy. There is very little activity in our bank account. All you need to report at the chapter meeting is the balance. The board members give advice and suggestions to the officers. Again, this office does not have a lot of activity. Please look at serving.
