Does the Washington Access technology Act Program accept donations?

Subject: [NFBWATlk] Wanting to Get Rid of Old Technology
I seem to be getting into this habit of hoarding / collecting things I don't really need at the moment, particularly AT stuff, just like my father tries to find and collect toolsets / toolboxes that he ends up not needing, and my Mom keeps yelling at him because these mancave tools take up space... anyways, back story. I have:
1. Old Mantis Q40. Retired because USB connection doesn't work 2. old Braille Note Touch 32-cell still in great shape after great use
from like 2018 onward.
3. Braille Trail Reader picked up for free from the Ogden Resource
Center, is amazing but no longer use because I have 4. HumanWare NLS E Reader, recently acquired, and 5. Brailliant BI40X, my primary work / all things professional life.
Apart from (4) and (5) above, I'd like any suggestions as to where I can safely and ecologically rid me off all others, and if you, a friend, another Federationist wanting to learn Braille and use Braille in their life, or someone looking for employment but DSB doesn't fund their Braille technology, we've all been there, but anyways, I'd be willing to sell them off or give them away.
Help!
Input is welcome. Thanks a bunch.
